Third-Party Services

Guide Andaman Tours works with several trusted partners, including hotels, ferry operators, and vehicle providers. Please note that we do not directly own or manage all the services listed in your package. While we ensure high standards, guests are expected to follow the terms and conditions of each individual service provider.

ID Requirement

At the time of hotel check-in and ferry/cruise boarding, all guests must show a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof, as required by local authorities.

Weather-Based Water Activities

Water activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, sea walks, and boat rides depend completely on weather conditions. If the weather turns unfavorable, these activities may be delayed, modified, or canceled without prior notice. Your safety is always our first concern.

Changes in Ferry Schedule Due to Natural Disruptions

Ferry operations are often affected by weather conditions such as storms or cyclones. If ferries are canceled or delayed, we will do our best to arrange an alternative tour by road (if available). However, extra costs like hotel stays or tour rescheduling will need to be paid by the guest. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.

Government Orders & VVIP Movements

Sometimes, sightseeing locations may be closed due to government instructions or VVIP visits. If this happens, we will organize a suitable alternative to make good use of your time. Any difference in cost will be borne by the guest.

Itinerary Changes

We may need to adjust the itinerary without notice due to safety, weather, logistics, or operational issues. These changes are made in the guest’s best interest.

Hotel Bookings

All hotels and rooms are booked based on availability at the time of confirmation. If a selected hotel is unavailable, we will offer a similar property in the same category.

Sharing of Guest Information

When you book a tour with Guide Andaman, you allow us to share your necessary personal information (like name, ID, etc.) with service partners such as hotels, ferry companies, and transport providers only for the purpose of arranging your trip.

These service providers are not allowed to use your information for anything else. However, since they operate independently, Guide Andaman Tours is not responsible for how they manage or protect your data.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only with those helping us provide or improve services based on your booking.

Legal Disclosures

  • We may share your personal information in the following situations:
  • If required by law or government authorities
  • To ensure proper functioning of our services
  • For internal audits or legal compliance
  • To prevent misuse or protect the rights of Guide Andaman Tours

These actions may be taken without informing you in advance, and we will not be responsible for any outcomes resulting from them.

Indemnity Policy

Guide Andaman Tours will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage experienced during:
Activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, sea walks, parasailing, kayaking, or bike rentals
Stay at hotels, resorts, or homestays booked through us

By booking with us, guests agree to release Guide Andaman Tours from any legal responsibility related to services provided by third-party vendors.

Important Notes

This is a private/individual tour package.
All bookings (hotels, ferries, etc.) are subject to availability.
Tour execution is subject to weather and local conditions.
If a ferry departure is between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM, you must carry packed breakfast from the hotel.
 If a private ferry is unavailable, government ferries will be arranged as an alternative.
